Final Product – Anolini
Tada! Final product… A little bit of cheese has been melted over the top and it’s served with the same wine as we used to cook the filling with.
Not bad for 10 hours worth of work.
Overall, I think this turned out great, however the dough was a bit over worked and quite tough. Next time I think I’ll work the dough less, and maybe add more butter/margarine.
