Q: What is CrimsonLinks?

A: CL is a collection of everything that I think you might be interested in… provided you’re interested in the same things that I am. Which is obviously everything that is awesome and nothing that isn’t. From time to time I may also write some movie reviews… You may not agree with all of the ratings because I sorta dig chick flicks and you probobly dont, but too bad, I’m going to write them anyway!

Q: How did CrimsonLinks start?

A: I wrote a few different websites and used a few different services over the years to share links with my friends that I thought were pretty sweet. It then grew large enough that they were sending me links to share with each other. Being the hub of awesome sort of called for making a website of awesome.

Q: Can I write for CrimsonLinks?

A: Sure! If you dont mind me taking all the credit for it, then use the Contact Form to write up the whole story. If it’s good enough I may just copy and paste from the email it sends me!

Q: I sent you a link, but you didn’t post it… whats up with that?

A: It probobly wasn’t as funny / awesome / sweet / note-worthy as you thought it was. Don’t take it personally… unless the link is to your website.

Q: Where do you get your links for CrimsonLinks?

A: Most of them are from news sources that I follow. I then follow the articals back to the source, but some of them are sent to me directly from CL Readers using the Contact Form.

Q: What news sources do you follow?

A: Quite a few actually, I use Google Reader to follow my news stories with RSS and the best ones i sort into a folder called Must Read. The major ones that I should probobly give credit to are: HAHAH! you thought i’de give you my source so you don’t have to come back to CL? Suck it! Can’t give away all my secrets… Okay, Okay, Okay, a couple of the big ones are:

A: The Personal brief:

-If you cant tell, i cant spell!
-now because of my nickname i can type 100 digits of pi in 17 seconds.
-an anagram of my name is “rich white male”.
-I shave my head for cancer every july.
-I love my family
-I won’t pick you over my family
-I’m honest
-If it rains, I will be outside
-I’m not the type to fight, infact im more of a diplomat.
-I work in a bank, but I also own my own company.
-I’m 5′11
-I’m german (or at least my mother is…)
-I’m french (or at least my father is…)
-I have no piercings, at least not right now…
-I love music, mostly indie but im flexible… depending on my mood
-I multitask as much as i breathe…
-My mind is always thinking about 3 things at once, and sometimes i dont always draw the lines between the dots.
-I am lysDexic.
-My sisters nicknamed me pi at a very early age, because im so random, and my energy seems to never end.
-Backcountry camping is a favorite past time, though i havn’t done it much recently.
-I love the rain, LOVE the rain… and one of my 2 fantasies involves rain.
-I dislike wearing denim, but apparently i look good in it… so i’ll suffer for that.
-I hate being used, so please dont… it happens far too often.
-I realllly hate pictures (or at least being in them)
-Id love to make you smile… if you’ll let me.
-I can have a very dry sense of humor.
-I am very sincere.
-Humor is my shield
-I love holding hands
-I love cuddling (cheesy much?)
-I hate dishonesty
-I loath the overuse/misuse of the word “Love”
-Im saving myself for the right lady… and ive been dumped because of it.
-Im always me, and i wont change that for anyone.
-I dont drink beer…
-Drugs may be your prerogative… but they wont be mine
-nothing drives me up the walls more than arrogance!
-and just to top it all off… im pro-life.
